Shipping policy

Where possible we will offer free delivery on items. Larger items such as TVs are offered for in store collection or free delivery within a 20 mile radius. Please contact us for details. For costing reasons we cannot offer free delivery overseas or on large items over 2kg. 

Please note that in the event of items being returned to us as failed delivery that you as the buyer will be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping items to you. This includes missed collections, wrong addresses etc. 

Please ensure that you check for any duties that may be due for importing items into your country. These costs fall to you as the buyer and not us as the seller. Certain areas will also be subject to a rural surcharge as charged by the delivery companies to us.
