Sivill Service Update!! We have now reopened our store!!!!! 😷😷😷
Hey everyone
We hope that you and your nearest and dearest are fine and well at the present time. These are going to be challenging times ahead with vast uncertainty still ahead. With other countries experiencing spikes in the numbers of new cases we all play a part in protecting ourselves and those around us.
We are strictly following Government guidelines and recommendations for safe operating of our shop. One a positive note we have now reopened the Tattershall store. We would like to reassure our customers that we have not vanished! We had the windows boarded over during Lockdown to reduce temptation and protect our business and the property.
These sheets have now been taken down and replaced with Covid-19 protection measures. There is a screen around the counter, hand sanitizer and 2m markings around the floor.
We are only allowing single person entry at the present time due to social distancing. We ask customers that are waiting to queue along the footpath under our canopy. This will offer some weather protection too! There are 2m markings on the floor and in our windows.
Our staff will help advise you where to stand. They will wear gloves to take items from you and goods will be sanitised with Isopropanol that will not cause damage. We ask that you use sanitizer before touching the card machine, any stationary or paperwork. Please refrain from touching the stock, furniture and our staff! Every time items are touched we have to sanitise them before the next customer and this creates delays to service and wastes time.
Not seeing any goods that interest you in store? Check out the stock on our website. Please help us to protect everyone against this deadly virus by helping us to follow the government guidelines. If you or anyone in your household has symptoms then please follow advice and isolate. Please do not visit our store under any circumstances if your home has someone displaying symptoms or who has recently returned to the country and is isolating to help prevent the spread of the disease.
We are also operating at lower numbers of hours. Chris will be there as usual on a Saturday and for the first two hours each day. Other staff are then alternating days for the rest of the opening hours. We will be open 9am till 2pm Monday till Saturday and closed Sunday. Outside these hours is by appointment only.
We hope to see our loyal customers returning.
