Covid-19 and Sivill Service

These are worrying times for everyone with people dying and falling seriously ill on a global level that has not been seen before within our lifetime. These times have called for unprecedented actions from us all. We would like to start by wishing everyone well and sending our best wishes and condolences to those whom have become ill with this virus and their families. 

Here at Sivill Service, like other businesses of our type we have had to shut our shop, furlough staff and follow Government guidelines to protect all our staff, customers and third parties whom maybe impacted by us. This has meant we have had to find new ways to operate as best we can. 

During these awful times we wish to reassure our loyal and great customers that we will be back and thank them for their support.  In the meantime we are still selling online via our online store with free local doorstep delivery. We are unable to enter any premises at this time but we will help as best we can from a socially acceptable distance.

We are also doing our part to support the NHS and other keyworkers at this time by offering them discount vouchers and deliveries and collections for repairs at times that best suit them. We wish to extend the thanks and best wishes to these amazing people from all our staff, our families and friends. This support of keyworkers will continue for a long while yet.

Repairs at this time....... Obviously the shop is closed for the moment and so Chris is arranging doorstep collections for items needing repair. All items are then wiped down with Isopropanol which will not cause damage but will allow us to sanitise all items to protect everyone as best we can. The items will then be repaired and returned to the same place they were collected from. Payment can be taken by email invoice where you can pay online with card details direct to our card machine payment processor (a firm called Square), bank transfer or cash.
